Few celestial objects are more beautiful than the Moon as it orbits our planet each month in ever-changing phases. This image of the moon was taken on a fairly stable evening shortly after I purchsed a Giant Easy Guider for my C11. The image shows the moon on the 8th day of it's monthly cycle. Many thanks to master Moon imager, Tony Gondola for his guidance in processing this image. A somewhat larger, color-enhanced version can be viewed by clicking the image above.
